Students are NOT permitted to take their laptops off campus unless going HOME for a break/weekend/holiday and ONLY when a parent or guardian accepts responsibility for the damage or loss of the equipment.

If a student wants to take their computer home they must first:

  • Have their parent or guardian complete the Student & Parent Technology Agrement & Release Form.  This will determine when the student is allowed to bring their computer home.
  • This information is store in Veracross in each student’s record under the permissions tab.
  • The student should also be on a minium tier… as determined by the Residential Department.

Students are not permitted to take their computers off campus at any other time.
