When determining if the internet is down or you are having a problem with your connection please follow the steps below before reporting the problem to techsupport@brehm.org or Extension 1508.

  1. Restart the computer. Quite often this will correct any issues.
  2. Open any web browser and goto www.google.com. This is because this site is always up. *If this page doesn’t open then you are not connected to the internet please contact technology by dialing 1508
  3. Use google and search for Brehm. *If you get an error page then you are not connected to the internet please contact technology by dialing 1508.
  4. If your search returned results then you are connected to the internet. You might be experience other user related problems such as:

* A bad internet address (typically a typo or an incorrect address).

* The site you are browsing to is blocked. Please fill out the web-unblocker form on this site here, or read this post for more information.

* The site is experiencing technically difficulties, if you would like to confirm this please send an e-mail to techsupport@brehm.org with as much information as you can and we will try to confirm this.

* The site has a conflict with our firewall, these issues are rare but when they come up they are complicated at best to remedy. Please send a detailed e-mail to techsupport@brehm.org include who, where, when this all occurred – as much detail as possible. We will do some investigation before contacting you, but this process can take several days to remedy if at all.
